A 第一代 Student's Guide to Studying Abroad in 罗马

作为一个 first-generation college student comes with some challenges, and so does 宝博体育. So, what happens when you put those two things together? Don’t be shy, make a friend!

I started following the 机场 signs, darting between fellow travelers, 还有滚动的行李箱, eventually making it to what was maybe the correct gate.

It’s okay to spend a little money, budgeting is key.

Be adventurous, do it scared. 

When I started college, I was terrified. 在我的脑海里没有任何重复的“好大学”的故事，我的父母告诉我, I had no idea what to expect, let alone any idea of what my education abroad would look like. 但是，如果你像我一样进入了大学，并且正在考虑 宝博体育 with 东航卡帕, look how far you have come!  

Many times, in life we’re scared to do things that we want to do. 因为 I’m the first in my family to attend college, I always try to do my best at everything, but sometimes that makes me want to be perfect. That’s simply not attainable, 然而，我尝试通过计划每一件小事，并控制，以防止任何错误的发生, 但是再一次, that’s just not the case.
